This privacy policy describes the management of the web page www.legalrealestateitaly.it (hereinafter the “Website”), linked to the website “aliantlaw.com,” and the processing of personal data of the individuals concerned (hereinafter “User or Users”) who consult it.

    This privacy policy, aimed at those interacting with the Website’s web services, intends to meet the requirements of EU Reg. No. 679/2016 (the “Regulation” or “GDPR”) and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”), and related regulations concerning the online processing of personal data.

  3. Types of Personal Data Processed
    3.1 Navigation Data.
    The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but due to its nature, it could, through processing and association with other data, allow the identification of the Website Users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users connecting to the Website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the User’s operating system and computer environment.

    3.2 Data Provided Voluntarily by the User.
    The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this Website, including completing the contact form, or appointment request, or sending direct messages on LinkedIn through personal contacts listed on the Website, involves the legitimate acquisition of the sender’s (User’s) email address to respond to any requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message (such as personal data, data related to professional activity, address, etc.). Please note that the Regulation and the Privacy Code provide that the so-called “special” data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR (i.e., personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the individual) can be legitimately processed only with the express consent of the User.

  4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
    Navigation data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the Website and to monitor its correct functioning. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Website. The personal data provided by Users requesting the sending of informative materials or wishing to use the services offered, or sending contact requests, are used solely to fulfill or respond to the transmitted requests and are communicated to third parties only if required by law or if authorized by the User. The “legal basis” under the Regulation legitimizing the collection and processing of this data is the consent of the Users or, in the case of service requests, the performance of the service expressly requested by the Users (performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract). Lastly, the Controllers may process Users’ personal data in pursuit of their “legitimate interests,” for example, in the case of the need to protect their information systems, as well as to comply with applicable laws and regulations. The processing related to the web services of this Website is handled by the Controllers and authorized personnel.

  5. Obligation to Provide Data
    To send messages, the User must provide their name and email address and give consent to the processing of their data. Without giving consent, the Website forms are designed to prevent message submission without consent.

  6. Data Sharing
